Terms & Conditions
By signing up with KCPT, you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and your trainer (KCPT).
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by KCPT, including online coaching packages, fitness challenges, face-to-face personal training (individual, couple, or group sessions), and nutritional guidance.
1.2 All upfront payments for personal training sessions must be made in advance. Weekly direct debits can be arranged via Trainerize or Stripe.
1.3 If payment is not made in advance for any KCPT service, your session or program may be cancelled and subject to charges unless prior notice is given.
2.1 For face-to-face sessions, a minimum of
12 hours’ notice is required if you are unable to attend. This allows KCPT to reschedule or manage bookings efficiently.
2.2 Clients are expected to arrive
5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for a pre-session briefing and warm-up. Sessions will last for 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on what is booked.
2.3 Late arrivals will result in a reduction in session time.
2.4 If KCPT needs to cancel sessions for any reason, you will be informed promptly and offered a reschedule or refund where applicable.
2.5 If KCPT ceases operation or is unable to continue providing your program, you will be refunded for any unused sessions via your original payment method.
3.1 All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, travel, or any other circumstance once services have commenced.
3.2 A minimum 8-week commitment is required for coaching programs. If you wish to cancel within this commitment period, you must either:
Complete four remaining weekly payments, orPay a lump sum equal to four weeks of your agreed rate.
4.1 You agree to participate fully and respectfully in all sessions. Phones should not be used during training unless for urgent matters (e.g. family, work emergencies).
4.2 KCPT reserves the right to terminate any program without a refund if the client fails to follow the program or conducts themselves inappropriately.
4.3 KCPT is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
4.4 This agreement is not transferrable or assignable to any other person or organisation.
5.1 It is your responsibility to notify KCPT of any current or new injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that may affect your ability to train safely.
5.2 You agree not to attend face-to-face sessions if you are suffering from any contagious illness or condition that may put others at risk. KCPT reserves the right to cancel or stop a session if there is any concern for your health or safety.
5.3 KCPT is not a medical professional. It is strongly recommended that you consult your doctor before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or take medication.
5.4 If you feel unwell, light-headed, nauseous, or require additional rest during training, you must inform the trainer immediately.
6.1 KCPT provides general nutritional guidance, including calorie and macronutrient education, tailored to your goals. This advice is educational in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
6.2 KCPT is not a licensed dietitian or medical professional. Please consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medication.
7.1 Before and after photos are often used to track client progress and may be used for marketing or promotional materials (including social media and websites). Videos may also be captured during training for similar purposes.
7.2 You may request to opt out or remain anonymous. No photos or footage will be used without your consent.
8.1 All programs, templates, and resources provided by KCPT are the intellectual property of KCPT. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
8.2 Any breach of this condition may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
9.1 Online coaching includes regular check-ins, access to the KCPT app, and text/email support. Responses may take up to 24–48 hours depending on availability.
9.2 Respectful communication and reasonable contact hours are expected from both parties to maintain professionalism and healthy boundaries.

10.2 You release KCPT from all liability for injuries or damages arising from participation in coaching or training, including virtual sessions, whether supervised or unsupervised.
